Why does anyone need a Coach? Human Beings are creatures of habit. Once our way of being in the world becomes established, we tend to avoid change or remain unaware of the need for change, until we realize that our "tried and true" behavior; our usual way of being, behaving and becoming, no longer serves us and we are uncertain how to reach our next milestone. How do we recognize the need for coaching? When we find that the beliefs and actions that once worked for us no longer do!
