Mr. Barker brings over 20 years of senior management experience in the semiconductor and EDA industries. Managing people to success in the US, European and Asian markets, Mr. Barker has successfully introduced products and sales channels for high growth. Mr. Barker is considered an expert at productizing technology, developing successful business plans and organizing company resources for maximum return on invested resources.

Working with such companies as Altera, Xilinx, LSI Logic, Exemplar Logic, Mentor Graphics, Philips Semiconductor, Stage2 Innovations, and TSI-Telsys, Mr. Barker has overseen growth in valuation for the companies he worked with. As a key manager, Mr. Barker was directly involved with the $32 million merger of Exemplar Logic and Mentor Graphics. He also directly oversaw the public spin out of Exemplar Logic prior to the merger with Mentor Graphics.

Mr. Barker is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, with a B.S. in Electronics Engineering.
