Mr. Masciocchi has engaged with numerous top tier Venture Capitalists serving the high technology industry since 1980. Working as both an Advisor and Executive Recruiter, Mr. Masciocchi has successfully brought individual officers and complete executive teams into key positions for companies such as: AT&T Microelectronics/Agere, AMCC, Broadcom, Azanda Microdevices, Marvell Semiconductor, Sierra Semiconductor and Tropian, Inc.
Mr. Masciocchi served as a board member for the medical graphics software vendor, Vital Images, until their recent acquisition. He is regarded as an industry expert for the Venture Capital community in identifying key executive talent required to ensure success in startup environments.
