Working with major High Technology Corporations, Entrepreneurs and Venture Capitalists, Mr. Baer has aided companies to outline strategies and coach key technical and executive professionals to realize maximum performance.

He has made contributions at public and private companies including: Gould Biomation, International Imaging Systems, Mentor Graphics, Ambit DA, Magma DA, Validity DA, Cadence, Synplicity, Broadcom, Maxim and AMCC.

Mr. Baer has more than 30 years experience in performance and stress management training, is a graduate of San Jose State University with a B.A. in Liberal Studies and Asian Philosophy and received his training and Certification in Integral Coaching through New Ventures West in San Francisco.
