Integral Coaching Structure

Structure of an Integral Coaching engagement

• Intake Session
Time scheduled to thoroughly explore your topic of coaching.

Purpose & Outcome Statement
A document generated from the Intake Session that describes the intended purpose and desired outcome of your coaching engagement. It is submitted for your evaluation and approval.

Development Program Design
Based upon the Intake Session and Purpose & Outcome Statement a custom Development Program is designed to bring about the outcome you seek within the lifestyle that you lead.

Program Presentation
In a session that invites feedback, your Development Program is presented, explained and refined as necessary.

Coaching Schedule
Following Program Presentation, the coaching engagement commences. Typically, this is a six-nine month period, which includes 90-minute coaching conversations every two weeks for the purpose of discussing what you are dealing with presently, what you have observed about yourself, your response to the Development Program, difficulties you have encountered as well as any other topic in support of the Purpose & Outcome Statement. Ideally, these confidential sessions will be in person each month and by phone on the alternate time for that month.

Terms of Coaching Engagement
The coaching engagement is a confidential process entered into for the purpose of arriving at the outcomes described in the Purpose & Outcome Statement. It is a collaborative effort on the part of client and coach and requires the trust, honesty and cooperation of both parties.
