I have served the high-technology industry as an Executive Recruiter, Communications Consultant and Corporate Coach since 1979. Working with emerging and established high technology corporations, entrepreneurs and venture capitalists, I have enjoyed the opportunity to serve companies by outlining strategies that included coaching key technical and executive professionals to realize maximum performance in their personal and professional lives.

My past work includes contributions at public and private companies including: Gould Biomation, International Imaging Systems, Mentor Graphics, Ambit DA, Magma DA, Validity DA, Cadence, Synplicity, Broadcom, Maxim, AMCC, RoBuilt, DuPont and Bank of America.

I have more than 35-years experience as a practitioner and instructor of spiritual practices, received my B.A. in Liberal Studies and Asian Philosophy from San Jose State University and completed my training and certification in Integral Coaching through New Ventures West in San Francisco.

My passion has always been to support others in the pursuit of their professional, personal and spiritual aspirations. Towards that end, I have written my first book, Corporate CPR: Humanity's Guide to Wisdom Hidden in Plain Sight, which explores the responsibility of business to support society's aspirations for a better life.
